Transition: Seated to Table Top


Seated > Cross legs > Walk forward > Uncross > Table Top

From a Seated position, cross the legs, walk the hands forward until the knees are directly under the hips. Uncross the legs to hold a Table-Top position.

Cautions and Modified Versions

In case of extremely tight hips or knee injuries, drop the hips down to the floor on one side and bring the legs around to the other side, supporting the body on the hands.
