Transition: resting Pose to V-Sit Transition

Description

Resting Pose > Table Top > Cross legs > Walk back > Uncross > Hands under knees

From the Resting pose, lift the torso until the shoulders are directly above the hands, and support the body on the hands and knees. Cross the legs and walk the hands back until in a seated position. Uncross the legs and place the hands under the knees.
