Kneeling Hamstring Stretch (Right)
Description
- From the Kneeling Quad Stretch position, extend and place the heel of the front leg on the ground, toes pointing up, and holding the hips square.
- Bend forward from the hips, keeping the spine straight and the chest up.
General and Boxing-specific Benefits
This position stretches the hamstrings and calf muscles.
Cautions and Modified Versions: Place padding underneath the knee for comfort. See Kneeling Quad Stretch.
