Description

  • In the Prone Double Punch Sequence, lift the knees off the ground. 
  • Engage the inner thighs and keep the heels together.
  • Keeping the chest up, hook both arms in.
  • Bring the knuckles together under the chin.
  • Exhale as you lower the chest to the floor.
