Prone Double Punch Sequence
- From the Cobra position, extend both hands forward, then to the sides and back.
- Inhale and gently lift the chest higher off the ground. Clench fists.
- Round the shoulders back and open up the chest further.
- Lift the feet and knees off the ground at the same time.
- Exhale on lowering the chest to the floor.
