Prone Double Punch Sequence

Description

  • From the Cobra position, extend both hands forward, then to the sides and back.
  • Inhale and gently lift the chest higher off the ground. Clench fists.
  • Round the shoulders back and open up the chest further.
  • Lift the feet and knees off the ground at the same time.
  • Exhale on lowering the chest to the floor.
